Managing a condominium used to be a daunting task, involving handling renter complaints, organizing move-ins and move-outs, coordinating handymen and facility management, and managing billing. Recognizing this challenge, the startup Huperty developed an innovative app that seamlessly connects renters, managers, workers, and facility managers, optimizing the daily maintenance and occasional repairs process.

Our task was to visually demonstrate the complexity of these processes and showcase how Huperty's app simplifies and enhances the experience for all involved parties, while optimizing resource utilization.
